Travel to Melbourne for 11 days for vacation. I was trying to avoid snapshot type of photo during this trip. Melbourne weather is quiet fluctuating I need to change the picture style so to get the best scene from the environment. Below is my sharing for the photo taken during the trip, of course different photographer may have different preference to handle the atmosphere.

Cloudy day is the best time to take soft feels type of portrait like photo #1, 2 and 3. It is the time to use your cheapo 50mm f1.8 to show off the bokeh….

During sunny day, just switch your camera to P mode and plug in the flash as fill light to remove shadow on model face then you should able to capture the photo like #5 and #22 easily…. You may also position the model to use the sunlight as hair light like photo#15 or set your flash to M mode and darken the background like photo #16
